Each order is 1lb total of multiple Whole Pieces, uncut and slightly wetter than classic slices or chunks. Can dry further according to preference. Bulk Packaging.

Delicious biltong gives the taste of home. Beautifully cured without the heavy salty taste. Perfect amount of fat. Juicy and delicious

Delicious!

I enjoyed both the biltong and the foreword tremendously. The biltong arrived slightly moist, with a chewy texture, and gr harder and drier over time. I found this very pleasing, as it reminded me of enjoying biltong of the curing process. Highly recommend!

Disappointed

Biltong came in very wet.gad to put into my dry box for 3 days before I could eat it. The droewors was good though.

Whole pieces

Regretfully, they were dry. Hard to chew a break apart. I would not recommend this product
