You asked for it, we're making it! Same delicious Zbiltong Traditional biltong, but with fat left on, and less dry - as in wet (medium wetness, can always dry it further at home). Keto friendly!

2 varieties available:

8oz Chunks

1lb Whole Pieces (uncut)

Ingredients: Vinegar, Worcestershire sauce (no fish), Coriander, Salt, Black Pepper, Spices

This was outstanding and definitely addicting. The pieces were thick with generous fat but was not overpowered by salt. Nothing in the USA compares to ZBiltongs products. Will be ordering again and again.

Too much vet

Second order of this --first was quite good but second order was mainly fat and sinew--disappointing. By contrast droewors was too dry this time--again first order much better...?
