You asked for it, we're making it! Same delicious Zbiltong Traditional biltong, but with fat left on, and less dry - as in wet (medium wetness, can always dry it further at home). Keto friendly!

2 varieties available:

8oz Chunks

1lb Whole Pieces (uncut)

Ingredients: Vinegar, Worcestershire sauce (no fish), Coriander, Salt, Black Pepper, Spices

Too much vet

Second order of this --first was quite good but second order was mainly fat and sinew--disappointing. By contrast droewors was too dry this time--again first order much better...?

Biltong was great but began to grow white mold very quickly. would appreciate any suggestions regarding storage to try to prevent this
