Another Zbiltong creation - Spicy Droewors! Just as good as the original, but with an little heat for good measure.
Pronounced droo-a-vors, and also known as dry-vors. Droewors is a dried version of the famous boerewors, ‘Farmer sausage’, mixed with similar spices to traditional biltong, but with a greater coriander infusion. Dried in thin sticks, its an easy to eat snack, softer than traditionally prepared biltong.
